Established in 1998, the Yuggoth label was created by Mr. Scartabello to showcase his own work as well as the work of other like-minded musical artists. Since it’s humble beginnings the label has grown into a wonderful community of musicians, composers and visual artists. Above all else, the label is focused on giving a space for artists to fully explore their work, unencumbered by the restrictions of a larger, more commercially-driven system. The facets of Mr. Scartabello’s work are varied, so naturally the label itself also expresses this eclecticism. The only thread running through the many releases on the label is an authenticity and truthfulness in the work. Yuggoth has always supported and encouraged total freedom in the creation of art.
